I’m from Pakistan having graduation degree in Computer Sciences from NUCES (FAST), Lahore. Currently, working as a Cyber Security specialist in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, USA.

I have worked in Malware Analysis for over 13 years and have experience of many attack vectors including Drive by attacks, Phishing attacks, social engineering attacks. Also malware types including rootkits, ransomware, and exploits shellcode.

I have led Malware / Threat Research teams working in three different time zones (Singapore, Pakistan, USA). Solved wide-ranging problems related to Network Security projects, malware analysis, malware detection based on behavioral changes, Static and Dynamic analysis of samples and writing rules for their detection.

My work is my motivation to make sure that I will remain fully productive to my company and their customers.

I started my career as a QA Engineer in 2006, then I decided to join security RnD Team and have worked as a Lead Malware Researcher. Now working with the Development team, so I’ve a variety of experience of Software development life cycle.

Since 2019 I started interacting with different universities for students’ career counseling. So far, I’ve conducted multiple webinars and live sessions with students. My goal is guide students for their better career path based on their skills set. Students from different universities already in touch with me, and now I’m on this platform to extend my services to next level.
