Life is the name of Ups and Downs. Life is not always the same. You cannot expect life to be smooth or worse all the time. Everyone likes the smooth phase of life and never wants to have the worse phase of life. People often curse their life in the down part of their lives. They feel Depression and they usually exaggerate the negative impacts of depression.
Yes, depression has some negative impacts but that’s not the whole story. Its just the first half of story. The second half of the story is usually never been discussed. Depression is important. It helps you to reorder yourself to get one level higher. Pain of your mind makes you stronger. As going to gym is a pain but worthy at end. That pain leads you to the stronger and better version of yourself. Only those gets better who suffers the pain. If life is always smooth, your life becomes stagnant. You feel everything is good and you don’t need a feel to get one level higher. So i suggest to ignore the negative impacts of depression and focus on its positive impacts because
“Getting knocked down in life is a given. Getting up and moving forward is choice”
